Joey Mawson

Joey has been an avid racer from the age of 7 where he started racing go karts and very quickly was dominating the Junior karting arena. Throughout his juniors he amassed multiple victories with 19 state and 3 national titles.

Joey has raced Open Wheel in the French F4, Formula 4 and In 2017, moved to the Euro F3. In 2019 he raced in the Porsche Cup, and after 2 years, moved to the S5000 Aus Drivers Championship.

Joey joined What Ability this year and has made an impact as quickly as he did on the go karting scene. He has made amazing connections with many of our participants and is always excited to take them for a day of Go-karting, no doubt showing them a thing or two… word has it he “lets them win”.
